Course overview
This Management and Leadership CMI Certificate is designed for middle managers and those aspiring to become senior management. This course will develop your leadership skills and provide up-to-date knowledge and understanding of related leadership topics.
You are required to complete 13 credits to earn the Certificate; with this course, you will earn 18 credits. You can later build on the certificate and work towards the full Diploma. For more information, visit the Chartered Management Institute website.

How the course is assessed
- You will be continually assessed through written assignments set by CMI.
Number of days per week
- Online delivery via MS Teams one day per week from 1.30 PM to 4 PM.

Entry requirements
- HNC or equivalent level studies in management or a related subject.
- Educated to a minimum of SCQF level 7.
- Mature/experienced managers are accepted based on current or recent work experience.
